_{By completing the ABIC State of the Industry Survey, you agree to the following prize draw conditions:}

2. Completing the survey multiple times will not result in additional entries.
3. To protect the accuracy of the data, we ask that each participant submits only once.
4. Valid email address required. You must provide a valid email when submitting your survey entry.
5. Invalid or incorrect email addresses will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be drawn.
6. Prizes will be drawn periodically.
7. Winners will be selected at random from eligible, fully completed survey submissions.</sub>

Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions as stated in the competition post or promotional material. Only one entry per person will be accepted for each prize draw unless otherwise stated.

Competition Period
The survey closes on 31 October 2026. All valid entries received by the close will be included in the prize draws, with winners announced in November 2026. Each prize in the prize pool will be drawn separately at a time determined by the promoter. Draw dates for individual prizes will be announced on the relevant competition page or promotional material.

Prizes
The prize pool includes items and/or services as announced by the promoter. Each prize will be drawn and awarded separately. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The promoter reserves the right to add, remove, or substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

Winner Selection
Winners for each prize will be drawn at random from all valid entries received for that prize up to the announced closing time. The winners will be notified via email & announced on social media within 5 days of the draw.

Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner does not claim their prize within 5 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the remaining valid entries for that prize.

Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability
The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the competition or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy
Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of conducting the competition.

General
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition or any individual prize draw at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.</sub>
