By completing the ABIC State of the Industry Survey, you agree to the following prize draw conditions: one entry per person; completing the survey multiple times will not result in additional entries; a valid email address is required and invalid details will result in disqualification and a redraw; winners are selected at random from eligible, fully completed submissions; incomplete or duplicate entries are not accepted; once you complete the survey you are included in every prize draw, and if you win a prize your entry is removed from future draws.

Eligibility: open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over; employees, contractors and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible. Competition period: the survey closes on 31 October 2026; all valid entries received by the close will be included in the prize draws, with winners announced in November 2026; each prize will be drawn separately at a time determined by the promoter. Prizes: not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash; the promoter reserves the right to add, remove or substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner selection: winners are notified via email and announced on social media within 5 days of each draw; unclaimed prizes may be redrawn after 5 days. Publicity: by entering, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness and entry for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law. Limitation of liability: the promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising in connection with the competition or any prize, except liability which cannot be excluded by law. Privacy: personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting the competition.
